    Module 1
    - Conduct learning needs analysis

    For those aspiring to specialize in the area of training and development, wishing to conduct interactive training, to deliver competency-based training, to conduct inhouse training or aiming to become an independent trainer.


    Methodology

    The approach adopted is interactive using various forms of instructional methods, training techniques that include presentation, discussions, case studies, role-play and practical exercises used to anchor learning points. Assessments will also be conducted to assess a learner's ability to perform specified tasks. The training sessions are conducted in a supportive learning environment and facilitated by experienced trainers who will also provide feedback to participants.


    Certification

    Certification will be awarded to participants upon successful completion of all the modules and passing of all the competency-based assessments.

    Participants who are certified as trainer will be considered to train for HRSINGAPORE® and its subsidiaries.
