Dr Wong Wee Chwee has 20 years experience as a senior Human Resource practitioner, having been the Director, Human Resource with National Semiconductor and Compaq Computers . He was the General Manager, Group Human Resources for L&M, a local publicly-listed company, and was the Regional Human Resource Director for a global American MNC with responsibilities for Thailand, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong among others. He currently overseas operations in Thailand as General Manager of his present company.

Wee Chwee holds a Doctorate degree in Education, specialising in the area of Human Resource Management, from the George Washington University, USA. He also possesses a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Brunel University, UK.

Dr. Wong lectures on subjects such as Contract Law, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and advises Asian companies on Employment practices and Labour relations.
