Introduction

These policies and rules govern your subscription to the online community. Please read them.


Policies


1. We have the sole discretion in:

a. approving or removing subscribers,
b. determining which messages or notes are appropriate, and
c. editing and excluding any messages or notes.

2. As your messages will be seen by others, please refrain from posting messages that you can be held legally liable for.

3. We respect the rights of all members and we preserve your online privacy. As such, all information you provide when you register will always be kept confidential.

4. We are committed to protecting our members from "spam" or unsolicited e-mail and we will remove and ban subscribers who propagate spam and those involved in harvesting activities. If you receive a spam message from a HRSINGAPORE member, forward the message to us.

5. By subscribing, you agree to indemnify and keep indemnify HRSINGAPORE owners and advertisers from any and all legal or civil actions arising from any of your messages.

6. In addition, you agree not to impersonate any person, or communicate under a false name or one that you are not authorised to use by your company.


Rules

By subscribing you agree not to post material that:

1. Defames any person, business, governmental or other entity, product or service.

2. Contains unsolicited or inappropriate advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation or leads to any form of advertising or solicitation.

3. Could reasonably be construed as a violation of Singapore or international law prohibiting unfair trade practices.

4. Contains false or fraudulent information.

5. Infringes any person or entity's copyright, trademark and patent.

6. Discloses or could lead to disclosure of any company or trade secret.

7. Violates any privacy-related right belonging to any person, business or entity.

8. Harasses, threatens, abuses, embarrasses or causes distress, unwanted attention or discomfort to any person or entity.

9. Contains obscene or sexually explicit images.

10. Contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
