Tham Weng Yip has 12 years of management experience in the global environment for Human Resource Management, Information Technology and Business Development. He held senior and middle management positions at a Singapore-based company as Assistant Director of Human Resource, Manager for IT and Business Solutions and Systems Engineer.

Weng Yip has wide hands-on experience in development and implementation of HRIS systems to support training needs, recruitment & selection and HR administration initiatives, compensation & benefit and on-boarding programs. He holds a bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering(Communications) and he is a certified On-Job-Training Instructor.
