The words used may attract hundreds of applications and some may even accept the job offer relying on the words in the advertisement. If companies here exaggerate the nature of the job or work environment, the advertisement may be regarded as misleading. And, under certain circumstances, the company could have breached the employment contract if the truth comes out.
