HRSINGAPORE® Community Reports July 2007 How should HR handle Payroll Staff who divulge confidential salary information? Most of time the the Human Resource department will advise and may even handle issues pertaining to misconduct within their organisation. What about a situation of serious misconduct by "one of their own" - a staff from the payroll department? Most of the HR practitioners in the HRSINGAPORE® Community forum say that the employee can be terminated for breaching the professional integrity that comes with the postion.
