This course comprises of eight modules which are conducted over eight Saturdays, 9.00a.m. - 5.00p.m.

There is no written examination. Participants are required to complete the competency-based skills assessments during the training sessions.

Presentation, discussion, mini projects/research studies, peer appraisals/evaluations, role plays, case application studies, interactive activities: games, quiz and exercises, teamwork activities etc.

In order to pass this course, participants are required to complete all the modules and passed all competency-based assessments. Participants who failed to attend the module(s) are required to attend the next available course intakes, within 2 years from the first day of the commencement of the course.

The certificate is issued by HRSINGAPORE Pte Ltd.

The recognition is subjected to different employers.
