Michelle Luehman has worked in Asia for the past 16 years and has had a varied career in the training and development arena. She has worked as a Country Manager and Regional Director in the Asia Pacific and globally for different multinationals. She is an accomplished facilitator and professional trainer with 18 years experience in training design and delivery in both the private and public sectors.

Michelle specializes in the Service, IT, Banking, Manufacturing and Retail sectors of the market. She has delivered training programs, workshops and has developed training manuals for many of the world’s most eminent companies which include Coles Myer, Cathay Pacific, Qantas, Microsoft, Accenture, Unilever, Carrefour, DBS – Vickers, OCBC bank, Starhub, SPH Media and Phillips.

A combination of training and development career with line management and HR, Michelle knows from a personal experience the type of mistakes that you can make in talent management and sourcing. She can also understands and emphasizes how crucial it is to ensure that you actively stay on top of the needs of the organisation and what is happening in the market place.

Michelle’s training sessions are highly interactive, fun and informative. She ensure that the participants learn and walk away with practical skills they can apply to their jobs.

Michelle has a Post Graduate in Management and a Bachelor in Science.
